Chuck is what is known as The Human Intersect.  Essentially, it turns his brain into a computer that is filled with information about many things, including people. Most of the information in the intersect is data from the NSA, the CIA or various other spy agencies. 

Chuck has the Intersect 2.0 in his head, which also means that physical data is inside the information. What this does is give him skills and abilities when he may require it.  These skills include: 

Kung Fu
Various language skills
Guitar playing
Medical skills
Surgical skills
CIA/NSA fighting techniques
Bomb diffusal
Weapons training
Tech Skills

Is there information about a version of your character that may exist in Chuck's world? Would that info be in the Intersect?
